Hi everyone, we have had a very busy year so far and have re-homed 34 cats and 2 dogs. and of course thanks to all those people who have adopted them.
But of course as soon as we rehome a cat or kitten then another sad case comes knocking at the door.
We are desperate to re-home some of our older cats too so please consider a mature cat when thinking of adopting, kittens are great fun but we have lots of big cats that are just as lively and funny too.
We also have 2 disabled young cats "Oreo" and "Precious" looking for new homes, they can get around very well but need to wear nappies which need changing 4 times a day, anyone who has changed a baby can manage this easily .
We still need donations of any kind, food, litter, nappies etc so please ask your friends to help us if they can.
Thanks again to everyone who has helped us over the years.

Hi Everyone, just a quick letter to tell you all that we now have over 50 cats and kittens here at home.
Today we took in 8 lovely adult cats from SCAD in Bangkok after hearing the sad news that they have to close their doors at the end of the month, I will post some photos asap.
Please tell your friends about the work we are doing and also help us by donating some food or cat litter, with over 50 mouths to feed and 50 bums to clean up after we need all the help we can get. Most of all we need to find homes for these guys and girls so come on everyone spread the word !!
Thanks Paul and Sandra

Hi everone, Its been a slow start to the year for or re-homing project however we keep battling on with advertising etc.
We have returned to the shelter on a few occasions and seen some of our old cat friends, Mottley, Beauty, Chester etc , there are also many new faces, both young and old, we have put some photos in the "cats for re-homing " album and hopefully someone may chose a "Shelter Cat".
During our visits we have rescued 2 Dogs as well, Ali, a fine English Bull Terrier who was is a pen with a broken leg, he is at our local vets having treatment and will soon be looking for a new home.
The second was a poor paralysed Dog who we called" Elly" she was in a very poor state , we have been trying to raise some funds to help keep her in hospital and to buy her a wheelchair so that she can gain some mobility.
You can see her updated photos on our new FACEBOOK page, "Free cats for you in Pattaya" please help us by Donating online using our DONATIONS link.
Thanks to everyone who has made food donations and helped with our "Elly" appeal.

Hi everyone, I expect you are wondering what has happened to our monthly newsletter, well its been so busy here that Today is the first time I have had a chance to write one.(excuses excuses).
It's hard to know where to start, to date as you may have seen we have now re-homed 48 of our furry friends, since my last posting Squeek,Smith and Jones,Cilla and Tiger, Eric and Ernie, Tiger 2, Mauvie, Toby and Suki, Garfield, Tabby, Ginger, Flip and Flop and 3 lovely kittens that our good friends David and Peta had been taking care of have all found new homes.
We have had lots of visitors too, Jonathan Goacher and his colleague Maprang from DLA Piper (Bangkok), Barry Kenyon and his friend Bob, Our good friend David, Janet Upton and Paul, Susan and Tony, Yann and lots more that I've forgotten about already, most brought the cats lots of goodies so thanks everyone for that.
Thanks to Tarja and her family from Finland who for the second time this year has made an ONLINE DONATION , sadly this DONATION LINK has not yet taken off but we are hopeful that someone with a genorous heart will help us help the abandoned cats and kittens that abound here in Pattaya.
Thanks also to everyone who has helped us with advertising etc, we have had articles in the Pattaya People , Pattaya Today, we took Poppit and Merl to see Barry Upton at 96fm radio/ TV show. Pattaya105fm put out a message for us and more recently Pattaya Mail has agreed to put in our Ad again, William Bryan arranged for Jan Upton to come last week to write an article for tht Pattaya People, she was so Impressed that she took our lovely disabled Kittens "Flip and Flop" , her article will be is this Saturdays Issue, also Barry Kenyon has twisted a few arms at the Pattaya Today office and they have agreed to do a regular feature for us featuring 4 of our cats in every fortnightly edition, also included in the page will be a collection of dogs from Derek and Mali's "Doggery" so we are all excited by that, thanks again guys.
Thanks too to Jane and Horst for helping us with our table at the Christmas Bazaar.
(sorry about the whisky Horst) !!
We still have 24 cats and kittens here at the moment and several more that are available in their foster homes including 4 "Gingers" that are around 6 months old , they are in the hospital being neutered and will be available in about a weeks time, I will post some photos when I get them.(Be Quick People love Gingers) !!
Some sad news to tell you as it's not all joy and happiness, a lovely couple from 3rd rd.contacted us a few weeks ago, somebody had dumped 4 tiny kittens on their doorstep they tried to feed them but after a day of struggling called us for some help, sadly by this time one had died already, we took the other three and for two days fed them every three hours ( and through the night time ) but sadly they all died, they were just too tiny and needed their mum. We tried our best ! we were very sad as were the people who found them, they also kindly gave us a donation with which we shall buy some cat litter . Thanks.
Well thet about wraps it up for the moment but I will try my hardest to keep the newsletters more regular, Sandra is away for 5 weeks so you will have to bear with me when replying to messages etc. as I'm on my own here at present.
To everyone else that I have forgotten to mention a big thank you.
Please remember to spread the word about our lovely cats and the website

First of all we would like to thank everyone who has helped us over the last few weeks.
A few weeks ago we had a visit from Richard and his family from Denmark, they came to see us and the cats and very genorously offered to help us with the cost of neutering 4 of our cats, so now "Elsie" ,"Movie","Ziggy" and "Pixie" have all been done!!
There was a little change left which we spent on food and cat litter, Thanks guys!!
We have managed to find homes for a few more of the guys but as usual we still have lots here to choose from.
The heading of our letter this month is to help find homes for some of our more mature cats, we have lots here most of which are just as much fun as the little guys, so please if you are thinking about giving a cat a new home "THINK BIG"!
We are hoping to have the guys from Pattaya Bay radio with their TV cameras here again tommorrow , when I have more details I will post them for you.
Keep up the good work and thanks again for your help.

Once again thank you all for your support, we have managed to find new homes for a few more of our furry friends this month so our running total this year is 15 with "Dixy" hopefully going this Friday that will make 16.
Thanks also to David and Peta who came to visit with a food parcel and a scratching pole, David also offered to pay for "Possums" medication and with the change left over we bought the guys a new tent ( see donations album).
Please don't forget that Big cats are only kittens at heart ,they all love to run and play but like us they tire more quickly than the younger ones!!
Most people that come to visit us, come to take kittens, but we have many lovely adults looking for homes too, check out the photos album,
"Ned" is now here at home, we found him at the shelter looking very sorry for himself he kept falling over and looked as if he'd been drinking too much "Chang beer".
We took him to the hospital where he stayed for a week and we are pleased to say that he now seems fine after a good dose of antibiotics.
It would be great if someone would give him the chance of new loving home he deserves it, we reckon he only has a couple of his 9 lives left after all the scrapes he has been in over the years!!
Thanks again to everyone who has helped and please help us by telling everyone about us and our lovely cats.

Hi everyone, once again a very late news letter for you.
We have now managed to find new homes for 11 cats and kittens so far this year so thank you to everyone who has found room in their hearts and homes for some of our lovely furry friends.
But as usual we still have 25 here at home and there are 45 or so at the shelter in Sattahip.
We visited there a couple of weeks ago and were pleased to see that they have had a food delivery, and we were glad to see some of our old friends too,"Ned" "Mottley" and many others, but of course there are still a lot of sick cats there, ( check out cats needing your help album) "Possum" has a terrible case of mange and tommorrow we are going down to see if we can help him, we hope that no more sick cats or young kittens have been dumped their since our last visit!!
Thanks again for supporting us and please keep your friends (or enemies) informed about our lovely cats and kittens available free!!
Paul and Sandra.
